We stand behind every Jadu Beauty formula. If something isn’t right, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.
Important Information Regarding Returns
  • Prior authorization is required for all returns or replacements.
  • Our Support Team answers email Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. (ET). Reach us at Support@TheJadu.com—we reply within 1 business day.
  • We can only accept returns for products purchased on TheJadu.com or JaduBeauty.com. For items bought through an authorized retailer, please contact them directly.
  • Returned items must be unopened, unaltered, and in original packaging (include any accessories or promo items).
  • Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. We’re not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.
  • Repeat return requests may be reviewed and declined at our discretion.
  • Returns that don’t meet these guidelines will be refused, returned at the customer’s expense, or disposed of upon request.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after 14 days from the delivery date.
Problems with an Order (Damage or Lost Package)
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or appears lost:
  1. Email Support@TheJadu.com within 7 days of delivery (or 30 days for lost shipments).
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and damaged item (if applicable).
Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement of the same item. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
