How do I join the program? +
Click the "Join the Program" button on this page. It will take you to Impact, the platform we use to manage our affiliate program. If you don't have an Impact account, you'll create one during signup. The process takes a few minutes and is free. We review applications within a few business days.
What is Impact? +
Impact is the affiliate and partnerships platform we use to run the program. It's where you get your tracking links, see your performance stats, and receive your payouts. It's free to join as a partner. If you already have an Impact account from another program, you can apply to Jadu's program directly from your existing account.
How much do I earn? +
The base commission rate is 10% on every sale referred through your link. Given Jadu's product prices ($49 to $199+), that works out to anywhere from $4.90 to nearly $20 per sale. Higher rates are available for partners who consistently drive volume or are a particularly strong fit for the brand — reach out if you'd like to discuss this.
How does the 30-day cookie work? +
When someone clicks your affiliate link, a tracking cookie is placed in their browser for 30 days. If they make a purchase within that window — even if they don't buy immediately — you receive the commission. This gives you credit for customers who browse first and return later to buy.
When and how do I get paid? +
Payments are made through Impact once your balance reaches $10. You can set up direct bank transfer or PayPal in your Impact settings under Bank Account. New sales go through a short holding period to account for returns before being approved for payout.
Where do I get my affiliate links? +
Log into your Impact account at app.impact.com and go to Content → Assets to find your tracking links. You can also create links to specific product pages using the "Create a link" tool in your dashboard.
Why wasn't my sale tracked? +
The most common reasons: the customer's browser blocked cookies, they used a different device to purchase, or the 30-day window had expired. Make sure you're always sharing your Impact tracking links — regular jadubeauty.com links do not track sales. If you believe a sale was missed, contact your affiliate manager.
Can I get a custom promo code for my audience? +
Yes. If you promote through channels where links are harder to click — Stories, short-form video, podcasts, or live content — a custom discount code can be a better fit for your audience. When someone uses your code at checkout, the sale is attributed to you regardless of cookies or device. Codes and links work together, so we recommend using both where possible. Reach out to your affiliate manager to request a code.
Where can I promote Jadu? +
Wherever your audience is — blog posts, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, email newsletters, your website. The main requirement is that you disclose your affiliate relationship clearly, in line with FTC guidelines. If you're unsure about a specific channel, just ask.
